Refund & Return Policy

Standard returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within thirty days of receipt. Refunds are processed within five business days of the returned item arriving at our shop. A fifteen percent restocking fee applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable
- Custom-cut, milled, or finished items (these are made-to-order)
- Items that have been installed, fired, or otherwise modified by the buyer
- 80% receivers that have had any machining done by the buyer
- Refinishing services already started
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) pass through to the buyer. Damaged-in-shipping claims must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within one business day with an RMA number and return shipping address. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
