AR-15 Lower Lab (“we”, “our”, “the shop”) operates this website to sell AR-15 lower receivers and 80% lower kits. This page describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have about it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, and payment information (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers). For FFL transfers, we also collect the licensing details of the dealer you choose to receive your firearm receiver. We use cookies to keep your cart contents between visits and to remember your login session.
How we use it
We use your information to process your order, ship your products, communicate with you about your purchase, and handle any returns or warranty work. We share your shipping address with our courier (UPS Ground) so they can deliver your package. We share FFL transfer documentation with the destination dealer.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers. We do not use your email address for marketing unless you explicitly opt in to our newsletter.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and ATF compliance purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Browser cookies expire after thirty days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will respond within thirty days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA, and we honor verifiable consumer requests for the same.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption for all transmitted data. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers. We do not store payment information on our servers.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Substantial changes will be noted at the top of the page.
